We bring people together in person so they can get to know one another. Afterward, participants share feedback and tell us who they would like to be paired with.

Mentorship program
Our mentorship program connects people in Victoria’s (and all of Vancouver Island's) tech community through an (optional) in person introduction and a pairing process shaped by participants.
Get paired for three to four months
We use that feedback, pairing preferences, and the information participants share to make matches. Each pair then decides how often to meet and what meeting format works for them.
